Day of Coordination
Includes:
Assistance in rehearsal upon request.
Day of coordination.
Timeframe: 1-2 months prior to wedding
Starting at $1,500.00 plus travel/lodging when applicable.
Wedding / Rehearsal :
· 1 hour on site coordination-walk through, set up upon request.
· Confirming final schedule with Bride and Groom.
· Walk through of wedding day with Bride, Groom, Wedding Party, and Officiant.
· Set up ceremony items: this includes an aisle runner, candles, flower petals, etc. upon request within the hour on-site time.
Wedding Day
Up to 8 Hours of on site service-can request longer and/or clean up for extra fee. If not contracted for anything past the 8 hours, if ‘TIl Death Do Us Part Wedding Planning. has to stay longer client will be charged hourly rate.
Coordinate receiving of food and flowers to onsite venue, and confirm the timeline for setup and cleanup
Receive and distribute the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres to the wedding party
Manage the wedding party and photographer
Confirm with party and photographer photoshoot locations
Guarantee the officiant has the marriage license
Communicate with the venue to ensure a smooth arrival
Ensure that the wedding party leaves on time for the ceremony location
Manage ushers/groomsmen: instructions for assisting guests to their seats
Set up ceremony items left to set up upon request.
Consult with the ceremony DJ/musicians for final details: test microphones and speaker setup, make sure the right song is going to be played, decide on the cue to start playing, etc.
Ensure the ceremony officiant is prepared and decide on a cue to start the ceremony
After the ceremony, witnesses for the signing of the marriage license
Gather friends and family for post-ceremony photos
Arrange seating cards and ensure the seating arrangement is correct
Set up amenities: guest book, champagne flutes, cake cutting supplies, special baskets, hand towels and soap in restrooms, etc. upon request with supplied items.
Ensure cocktail hour runs smoothly
Assist guests with finding seating for dinner
Coordinate the wedding couple for announcement and first dance
Coordinate the photographer and band/DJ around events like toasts, first dance, father-daughter dance, etc.
Manage the schedule of toasts, catering, dancing, and any special events
Set up the favor table close to departure time and ensure guests are aware of it upon request.
Pack up all items that need to be taken home after the reception: gifts, cards, personal décor items, etc.: they’ll need to be taken to a family member’s car after the event upon request if booked for clean-up.
Coordinate departure of the wedding couple and any transportation needed for wedding guests upon request if booked for clean-up.
